Near the border kingdoms in the east lay a small but treacherous glacial desert. This region, while less expansive than the northern plains, presented its own unique set of challenges. The glacial desert was a barren expanse of ice and rock, with powerful winds sweeping across the landscape. The ice fields to the north of this minor desert were treacherous to traverse, with hidden crevasses and sudden shifts in the terrain.
Vegetation was almost nonexistent, limited to patches of hardy lichens and the occasional ice-encrusted shrub. The lack of plant life made hunting and foraging extremely difficult. This region was often the site of skirmishes and raids between Cimmerians and neighboring border kingdoms. The harsh conditions served as a natural barrier, but also a contested ground for those seeking to expand their territory.
